]]> Reiki is holistic in its approach, it works with the symptoms an individual experiences, as well as the the root cause of their imbalance. Our Sessions usually deal with

  • General Balancing
  • Clearing Emotional Blocks
  • Physical Pain
  • Increasing Clarity
  • Issues with Life

Our practice is based on the Usui Ryoho Reiki teachings tradition.

To book a session, click this link to see available times. Find the date you would like and click on the date and time to schedule your appointment.

Once you have purchased your session we will contact you to choose a day and a convenient time.

If you are a new client, you will be asked to complete a confidential client history form that outlines the areas in your body and life that you would like the session to focus on. This will also help the practitioner monitor your progress from session to session.

Once you have asked any questions you have, you will lie fully clothed on a therapy table and relax.

The practitioner will place their hands above your body over various parts in a sequential method.

At the end of the session, you can discuss any questions you may have with the practitioner.

If you have any medical issues consult with your physician about Reiki before you book a session.
