Alegria started the art of healing laying of the hands under her mother’s supervision at a young age. As an old soul, she started to practice Naturism, Yoga and Meditation at the age of thirteen. Alegria has devoted her life to practice healings, meditations, and devotion based on her spiritual knowledge of compassion.
Healing the spiritual, emotional, physical and mental body comes naturally to Alegria with the helps of multiple healing modalities: Reiki, Crystals, Essential Oils and communication with the Angelic Realm and the Ascended Masters: Serapis Bey, Master Jesus, Archangel Michael, and Archangel Metatron.
The energy that flows through Alegria is Divine in nature. She is an energetic vessel of divine light.
She uses compassion as a healing tool. Compassion being the most powerful to bring light into any healing situation. Challenges become opportunities, the impossible becomes possible. If you want to experience oneness, you have arrive at the right place.
Alegria is well-versed in Plant Based diets, and a raw food consultant since 2008 in NYC. She has also worked with Dr. Gabriel Cousins at the Tree of Life in Patagonia, AZ.
Alegria is a Certified Reiki Master Level and Usui Ryoho Reiki teacher.
